Husband for 58 years to Barb Passante. Father to Artie Jr. (Amy) and Thomas B. (Kim) Passante. Grandfather to Anthony, Joshuah, Nick, Jared, Garrett Kyle, Zach, Aibrean, Vinnie and Madi. Great Grandfather to Olivia, Laila, Preston, Payton, Sophia, Aviannah, Chase.
A paragraph, cannot express the impressive, creative impact this man had on so many other lives. When God handed out gifts and talents, He bestowed on dad a double portion. His accomplishments are endless. His commitment to his family and friends was unmatched. A provider in good times and lean times. This man served in the U.S. Army, operated his own businesses in electronics. He was one of the first to install cable in the region, in its inception in the late 1960’s early 1970’s. He worked construction for Mellon-Stewart, and helped in the construction of Three River Stadium. A talented artist, musician and inventor and so much more. His greatest triumph, was as a loving husband, father and grandfather, great-grandfather. The void he leaves, cannot be filled, nor should it. Because, it was his and his alone to fill.
