August R. Brancati

August R. (Gus) Brancati, age 89, of Oakmont, died peacefully on February 7, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Audrey Brancati, father of Julianne, Gregory, the late William Brancati, and the late Mary Rose Myers. Grandfather of Nikki Tomlinson and Justin (Donna) Myers and great-grandfather of August Rose and Eliza Ruth. He was brother of the late Amadeo (Virginia) Brancati and Mario (Mary Ann) Brancati and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Companion to the late Honora (Nonie) Albrecht. 

He was a US Army Veteran and member of Larimer Avenue Social Club and ISDA (Italian Sons and Daughters of America). 

Family and friends received at Charles W. Trenz Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, February 10th from 1-4PM followed by Blessing Service at 4PM. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Western PA Chapter of Huntingdon's Disease Society of America.
