Brenda Leigh Johnson
On Sunday, April 2, 2023, Brenda peacefully transitioned at the tender age of 57 and entered into a pain-free eternal resting place. Brenda was born on August 4, 1965 in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Charlie Roper and Jean Nash. She graduated from Clairton High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Carlow College. Brenda worked as a behavioral health assistant until her illness forced her into early retirement. Brenda was a caring mother with unconditional love. She was an amazing sister, a hilarious aunt, and a wonderful person. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, decorating, but most of all,shopping.
Brenda had one grandson, Jahkai Brendan Wolfe, whom she loved and spoiled dearly.
She leaves behind to cherish in her memories, one daughter, Jeanea Williams. Her siblings; Darla Hyman (Lester) of Montgomery Village, MD; Thomas Nash (Kathy), Gregory Johnson (Linda), and Allan-Sonny of Pittsburgh, PA; and Mark-Randy Johnson of Los Angeles, CA. Brenda had a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. She also leaves behind her boyfriend, Fred Jeffrie. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Christina Johnson, Charlie (Chuck) Johnson, Fawn Johnson, and sister-in-law Nancy Johnson.
