Age 83, of Penn Hills, on February 13, 2022; Beloved husband of Gloria (Scassera) Traficante; Step-father of Diana Varlotto, Dina Alexander (Robert), and Donna Carlini; Brother of the late Anthony Traficante; Also survived by grandchildren, extended family, and many friends; Carmen served Penn Hills as a Police Officer for 30 years; Friends received Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at CHARLES W.
