Dorothy M (Frank) Lanish
Age 93 of Ross Twp. Formerly of Wilkinsburg, Canadohta Lake and Marietta, GA, passed away peacefully at home Dec 21, 2020 with her daughters by her side. 
Beloved wife of the late Russell Lanish.  Also preceded in death her parents Clarence (Whitey) and Florence Frank and brothers Charles and Clarence Frank. She is
survived by her loving daughters Linda McLaughlin of Ross Twp, Lorraine Lanish of Crafton and Lisa Bailey (Don) of Marietta, GA. Her dear grandchildren Adam McLaughlin (Colleen),
Amy Rebholz (Leo), Andrew McLaughlin (Amanda Davis), Alex Adams (Caleb), Ashleigh Bailey (T) and Chelsea Lanish.  She was GG to Brady and Brenna McLaughlin , Laina and LJ Rebholz   and Lily, Jordan and Paul Adams.
Dorothy was an avid sports fan especially a Pirate Fan  she always reminisced about the 1960 World Series and celebrating "Dahntahn" with Russell and friends Nora and Jim Schmider.  She was a caregiver to Russell in his ailing years, she liked Crossword and 1000 piece Jig Saw puzzles, she was a baker of delicious pies and chocolate chip cookies. She loved her many pets through her
long life.
She would always read the obituaries to see if her name was in there. Well mom you finally made the list.
We want to thank our dearest friend and sister Carole Price for her tireless effort of taking care of "Mum". We also want to thank AHN Healthcare@Home for their wonderful  hospice care, especially Mike and Kathryn.  A big part of Dorothy's life was Dementia 360 were she participated in many activities.  Memorial gifts can be made to Presbyterian Senior Care Foundation, 1215 Hulton  Rd, Oakmont, PA  15139. An outdoor private burial was held.
