Frances Ann Fonzi

Age 93, of Penn Hills; passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2024; Beloved wife, of 64 years, of the late James L. Fonzi; Loving mother of James Fonzi (Patty), William Fonzi (Catherine), Janet Smith, Bruce Fonzi (Joan), Frances Fonzi, and Patricia Braisted (Jeff); Preceded in death by her parents, and sisters: Betty, Peggy, and Gina; Frances was blessed to have many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Frances was a dedicated parishioner of St. Bartholomew Church and served in the Women's Guild, and volunteered in other activities. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Frances' memory may be made to a Catholic charity. Friends received Thursday 2-8 PM at CHARLES W. TRENZ Funeral Home, Inc., 11110 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills; Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish, St. Bernadette Church, on Friday at 10:30 AM
