J. "Hank" Henry Lauer

Age 86, of Penn Hills; on October 2, 2020; Beloved husband of 54 years of the late Dolores (Griffis) Lauer; Father of Bruno Lauer; Brother of the late Fr. Eugene Lauer; Uncle of his caregiver nieces: Judy & Donna Fisher, and many other loving and caring nieces and nephews; Hank was a U.S. Army Veteran, a Lab Technician, and spent many years as an usher and custodian at St. Gerard Majella Church in Penn Hills, where he and Dolores volunteered and coordinated many church activities; Hank was a lifelong fan of Notre Dame Football: Services were private and interment was at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Penn Hills; arrangements entrusted to TRENZ FUNERAL HOME, INC., Penn Hills
