Jane Hartman

Age 88 of Penn Hills passed away peacefully on February 17, 2023.
She was born February 19, 1934 .
She was the daughter of the late James and Alice MacKay. She is preceded in death by her son Darrell and beloved husband Earl.
She is Survived by her children Lynn Tucak(Curt ) Dave Hartman(Laurie) , Darren Hartman (Pat)
Dean Hartman (Edie)
and Grandchildren :
Curtis  (Alyssa), David (Michelle) , Susan Kjos (Casey), Faith and Sam
Great  grandchildren :
Scarlett, Evelyn, Davis, Baylor, Asher, Elle, Lettie
Our mother was a friend and a beauty among people. She supported her children through commitment, love, and support. I never knew someone who worked so hard, loved so much, but could be humble to everyone. Jane was a legend in the fan base of Penn Hills sports. She not only cheered on, and loved the Hartman children in their sports and other endeavors, but cheered on other Penn Hills families in their children's athletics. She wasn't just considered a legend in her community, but also one amongst friends. We will miss our mother, especially because there will never be anyone like her again.

A special thank you to the Community Life team, Amberwoods, Harmar Village, and St. Margaret Hospital. The Hartman family was truly blessed by, and will never forget the care you gave Jane.
Friends Received Tuesday 10 AM - 12 noon, Funeral Service 12 noon, at CHARLES W. TRENZ FUNERAL HOME INC., 11110 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills, interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
