Janet Jones Ferrante
Age 83, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2019 in Gastonia, NC.
She was born in Pittsburgh on August 7, 1935 to the late Charles W Jones, Sr and Mary Gilderenew Jones. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, William John Ferrante; siblings, Edward, Charles (Sonny) Jones, Mary Silvasy(Joan), Edna Hansen.
She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who will be greatly missed!
Left to cherish her memories includes her children, Linda Martin (Gary), Mary Nieser (Harry), and Edward M Ferrante; grandchildren, Ronnie Koski, Jessica Penland, Jennifer Worth, Gwen Meeks and Lauren King; great grandchildren, Zoe and Sylvia Penland, Sydney and Addison Meeks, Virginia Esposito. 
 After visitation and a service in North Carolina, Friends Received in Pittsburgh Wednesday 7-9 PM at CHARLES W. TRENZ FUNERAL HOME, INC., 11110 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills.  Funeral Mass at St. Gerard Majella Church, Thursday at 10 AM, interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park.
