Marjorie L. Webb, 74 of Brackenridge died on Thursday, November 7, 2024 in the nursing home where she resided.
Marjorie was born November 19, 1949 in Allegheny Township. A Graduate of Leechburg High School in 1967, she attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania receiving an Associates degree in Business Administration.
Mrs. Webb held many jobs over her lifetime, including working in administrative positions for steel manufacturer National Roll, and J.C. Penny. Later, she worked for the Highlands School District as a remedial reading aide, and as a cashier at CVS Pharmacy. She previously taught children's Sunday school and was a Lay speaker at the church she attended.
In her free time, she enjoyed crafting - mostly sewing and occasionally crochet, and was highly skilled at cake decorating, including winning awards for some of her cakes. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Viola Beighley, as well as her husband of over 30 years, Robert Webb.
Survivors include her son Mark (Melissa) Webb of Penn Hills, daughter Christina Webb of Brackenridge; as well as her siblings - brother Glenn Beighley of Huber Heights, OH, sister Nancy (Charles) Ustohal of Jeannette, brother Timothy (Carol) Beighley of Freeport, and brother Richard (Teresa) Beighley of Shreveport, LA. Marjorie is also survived by her grandchildren, Paige and Sarah Webb, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Tuesday, November 12 2024, with a funeral service Wedenesday, November 13 2024 at 10 am at the Charles W. Trenz Funeral Home Inc. at 11110 Frankstown Road in Penn Hills. Henry Knapp, Pastor at Hebron Church will preside over the funeral service. Burial will be at Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
